Notice is hereby given that under the general statute 160A-71(b)(1), the Mayor has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen for Monday, April 22, 2024 beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Granite Quarry Town Hall located at 143 N. Salisbury Ave., Granite Quarry, NC.
The purpose of this meeting will be:
1) to take action on Ordinance ZMA 2024-04-08 regarding a map amendment for 507 Troutman originally discussed at the regular meeting on April 8, 2024;
2) to take action on Ordinance ZTA 2024-04-08 regarding updates to Article 15 of the GQDO originally discussed at the regular meeting on April 8, 2024;
3) to take action on the next steps for the town manager hiring process; and
4) to hold a workshop to discuss the proposed budget for FY 2024-2025.
