The Town of Granite Quarry will hold a legislative public hearing regarding a petition for Zoning Map Amendment (rezoning) of Tax Map 404, Parcel 154 owner LGI Homes NC LLC, the property has no address and formerly part of the Village at Granite and Tax Map 404 Parcel 104 owner Errin C and Andrea Brown located at 0 St. Paul’s Church Rd. The petition is to change Tax Map 404 154 from “Planned Unit Development (PUD)” Zoning District to a “Single Family Residential-2 (SFR-2) Zoning District and Tax Map 404 Parcel 104 from “Agricultural (AG)” to “Single Family Residential-2 (SFR-2)” Zoning District.

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen invite you to attend the hearing to share your comments on the proposed map amendments to be held on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 6:00 PM or soon thereafter as time will allow at the Granite Quarry Town Hall, 143 N. Salisbury Ave, Granite Quarry, NC  28146.
