The Town of Granite Quarry Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 6:00 PM or soon thereafter in the Municipal Building located at 143 N. Salisbury Ave in downtown Granite Quarry.
The purpose for this hearing is to receive public comment concerning a site plan approval for a property located at or near 6195 US Hwy 52, specifically the construction of a 9,100 sq. ft. retail store.
Persons with disabilities and non-English speaking persons needing special accommodations who wish to comment at the hearing must contact the Town Clerk’s office at 704-279-5596 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
