The Town of Granite Quarry Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 5:30 PM or soon thereafter in the Municipal Building located at 143 N. Salisbury Ave in downtown Granite Quarry.

The purpose for this hearing is to receive public comment concerning subdivision of property located at or near 6195 US Hwy 52, specifically parcel 628 173, an 81 acre parcel that will be divided into two lots: 79.21 acres, 1.66 acres in size.

Persons with disabilities and non-English speaking persons needing special accommodations who wish to comment at the hearing must contact the Town Clerk’s office at 704-279-5596 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
