NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Granite Quarry Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2020 at 7:00 PM or soon thereafter in the Municipal Building located at 143 N. Salisbury Ave. in downtown Granite Quarry.
The purpose for this hearing is to receive public comment concerning a proposed contract for installment financing for the Capital Streets Improvement Project.
Persons with disabilities and non-English speaking persons needing special accommodations who wish to comment at the hearing must contact the Town Clerk’s office at 704-279-5596 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Granite Quarry’s Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 6:00 PM or soon thereafter in the Municipal Building located at 143 N. Salisbury Ave. in downtown Granite Quarry.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comment concerning approval of the requests by a developer, with permission of the property’s owner, to rezone the rear portion of this property (Parcel 351 039, 316 S Main Street, Granite Quarry, NC) from LI (Light Industrial) to RH (Residential High Density) and that a Preliminary Site Plan be reviewed and approved to build Townhomes (three separate buildings with eight units per building) on this property.
