Town Government

Town Hall normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Note: All meetings are scheduled to be held at the Town Hall, 143 N. Salisbury Ave., (U.S. Hwy 52) map in the Board room.

Board of Aldermen

Town Board Meetings
First Monday of each month @ 7 p.m. If a holiday falls on a meeting day, the Board meets on the first Tuesday. (View scheduled meeting dates and holiday schedule.)

Town Board Workshop Meetings
Thursday prior to Town Board Meeting @ 5:00 p.m.

Boards and Committees

Parks and Recreation Committee
Meets quarterly.

Planning Board
Second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.

Community Projects & Events Committee
Meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

Zoning Board of Adjustments
Meets on and "as needed" basis. 

Town Departments

Granite Quarry’s Town Departments are responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations for our citizens.  The departments include: Administration, Planning and Zoning, Fire Department, Maintenance, Police Department and Water and Sewer.
