 Any bicycle left unsecured is an easy target for thieves. We urge you to make your bicycle a harder target for the would be thief whenever you are not using it by keeping it in a secure building or by using a bicycle lock and chain.
But, if you find yourself a victim of bicycle theft, you can make finding your bicycle a lot easier if you let us know about your bicycle by completing our Bicycle Registration Form. We’ll be glad to come by and pick up your form after you print it and fill it out, or you can mail the form to:

These steps are needed to complete the bicycle registration process:

2. Write the information on the form. Please print clearly.
3. Mail the form to the above address, or call the Police Department
at (704) 279-5596 and an officer will be happy to come by to pick up the form.
